A company ski trip in St. Anton am Arlberg
One of the strongest ski areas in the Alps, with no compromises.
St. Anton needs little introduction among skiers. But that doesn't mean every company should automatically head there.
For a group with plenty of experienced skiers, St. Anton can be superb. For twenty beginners who mainly want a fun first ski trip together, there are more logical choices.

St. Anton am Arlberg · 1,304 mArlberg carries its own weight.
The name Arlberg means something, even to someone who rarely skis. That makes a trip to St. Anton a different conversation from the start than 'we're going skiing'. We have made contact with Die Arlbergerin, a hotel with a story of its own in the village, which opens up a side of St. Anton you won't find simply by booking a room.
Skiing Ski Arlberg with colleagues
This is the main reason to choose St. Anton. The area offers plenty of kilometres and challenging terrain. That lets you have different groups ski at their own level and regroup at set moments later on.
Après-ski in St. Anton
Après-ski is part of St. Anton's character. For a group that's up for it, that's a plus. Does your team mainly want good food, calm and luxury without much partying? Then we'd also look at Kitzbühel or Gstaad.
Hotels for company groups
Location can cost a lot of money here. A hotel right by the lift can be considerably more expensive than a good option a little further out. With smart transport, that second option can sometimes make far more sense for a company group.

St. Anton am Arlberg for company trips
Ski Arlberg is big, challenging and interesting for people who want to ski seriously. Add its reputation and famous après-ski, and you get a destination with a very clear character. That comes with a higher price tag too.
Not everyone has to be an expert. But it gets more rewarding when enough strong skiers come along who will actually use the terrain. Beginners can take lessons, but for a group made up almost entirely of beginners, other areas are friendlier.
We arrange lessons in advance. That way beginners don't have to trail after experienced colleagues, and the experienced skiers don't have to play instructor all trip. Nicer for everyone.
A few non-skiers we can happily bring along. But if a large part of your team doesn't ski, St. Anton wouldn't be our first choice. There's little point spending a lot of money on a destination whose greatest strength much of the group barely uses.
Popularity, accommodation and location all play a part. Here you pay for a destination with a strong name and a large, high-quality ski area. So the relevant question isn't only: "Can we afford St. Anton?" But also: "Will our group use what we're paying for?"
Popular weeks can be busy and pricey. Booking early gives more choice, especially when you need enough rooms in the same hotel for a larger group.
